Mark Wood is the founder of MLW Properties. With over 18 years in the Resort and Real Estate Industry, I have an eye for quality real estate and destination/resort properties. I help both buyers and sellers meet their real estate objectives. I have extensive knowledge of each of the properties offered and will work tirelessly on your behalf to make your experience a pleasant and successful one.

I have been involved with over 15 launches of new resorts throughout the Southeast, and the Islands. I have worked extensively with the development, managment and sales side of the industry. I believe in a hard, ethical work habit, and I am committed to providing excellent service to all my clients. 

I work directly with the Developers/Owners to ensure that the sales process is a smooth one. Family time is extremely important, and the time we have with each other is very short. The locations and properties I offer are some of the most beautiful locations in the World, and can provide a place for lasting memories. One's that will last a lifetime.

I was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. I attended the University of Florida, and I am a die hard Gator. After college,  I spent 12 years in the United States Marine Corps, traveling all over the world. I have 3 sons, and we live in Winter Park, Florida. I have always had a love for the ocean, and it is my joy to share that love with my boys. My father taught me how to fish, and it is such a great feeling to be on the water with my family. When I am not fishing, or watching the University of Florida play, I am looking for the next Triathlon to compete in. My faith is the most important aspect of my life and it has been a foundation which I base my family values.
